Keith L. Zuidema, of Georgetown, TN, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018, at the age of 77.
He was born to Curtis and Elizabeth (Klount) Zuidema in Morrison, IL, on January 24, 1941. Keith graduated from Morrison Community High School in 1959. He raised a family in McMinnville, TN, while working for Carrier. Upon moving to Georgetown, he worked at Eaton Corporation for over 20 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends boating, fishing, and golfing. He also loved making his famous shrimp boils in the summer. He relished his roles as husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah; sons, Craig (Kathy) of Sycamore IL, Marc (Eva) of McMinnville, and Michael (Stephanie) of Smyrna TN; daughter, Cheryl of McMinnville; stepchildren, Christine (Mike), Kim (Jim), and Steve (Michelle); his brother, Phil (Linda) Zuidema of Eugene, OR; former wife, Sandi Keith of McMinnville; grandchildren, Chrissy (Joe), Linley (Kevin), Ashley (Corey), Kevin, Ryker, Ren, Jake, Tyler, Steve, Morgan, Kendall, and Jordan; great-grandchildren, Adella, Henrik, Novak, Dakota, Archer, Anna, and Willard.
Keith was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Becky Krantz, of Geneseo, IL.
A Celebration of Keith’s Life will take place this summer.
In lieu of flowers, Keith’s favorite charity is St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
