keith housemanKeith Arlen Houseman, 63, of Rio Bravo, Tampulipas, Mexico, died Thursday, May 15, 2014, in Rio Bravo.

Keith was born October 21, 1950, in Morrison, IL, to Donald E. and Dorothy B. (Rushmeyer) Houseman. He was educated in the Morrison grade schools and was a graduate of Morrison High School. He attended Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL. Keith was an entrepreneur and business owner of Geographic Information Systems. He had a passion for surveying. He was faithful in worship and attended St. Paul Lutheran Church in McAllen, TX. Throughout his life he held an interest in the Christian foreign mission field. He enjoyed playing ping pong and pool, and had a passion for spending time with his children. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Survivors include two daughters, Ann Houseman and Linda Houseman; three sons, Christian Houseman, Jhovani Houseman, and Jordi Houseman; his mother of Morrison; and two brothers, Dan (Marilyn) Houseman of St. Louis, MO, and Mike (Barb) Houseman of Silvis, IL.

He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, David Houseman.

FUNERAL SERVICE:  10:30 a.m., Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Morrison, IL

CO-OFFICIATING:  Rev. Mark Winkelman, Senior Pastor, and Rev. Mike Winkelman, Associate Pastor, St. Peter Lutheran Church, Morrison, IL

VISITATION:  9:30 a.m. until the time of the service, Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Morrison, IL

The Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

GRAVESIDE SERVICE AND INTERMENT:  1:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at Oak Knoll Memorial Park, Sterling, IL
