Kathryn L. Lenox, age 77, died Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Rock River Hospice & Home, Stering, IL.
Kathy was born on March 2, 1948, in Davenport, IA, the daughter of Joy and Clara (Hammond) Moore. She married Gary Lenox on February 28, 1980. Kathy often helped at the Shoe Repair Shop. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and playing the slot machines. Kathryn was an avid reader.
Survivors include her, husband, Gary Lenox of Rock Falls; daughter, Cindy (Chad) Brackemeyer of Morrison, IL; sons, David (Kelly) Drawyer, Steve Lenox, and Bryan (Michelle) Lenox all of Rock Falls, IL; one sister, Linda (Larry) Williams of Prophetstown, IL; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter in infancy, Michelle Drawyer.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
