Katherine Marie Cox, age 89 of Fulton, IL, died Tuesday, February 10, 2015, at the University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City, IL.
Katherine was born on December 6, 1925, in Jerseyville, IL, to Robert and Florence (Clain) Suttler. She married Thomas Cox on January 27, 1942; he preceded her in death on March 16, 2010.
Survivors include one daughter, Celia (Clyde) Huling of Fulton; four sons, Larry (Peggy) Cox of Morrison, IL, Thomas R. (Linda) Cox of Bellevue, IA, Howard (Cindy) Cox of Clinton, IA, and Craig (Sandy) Cox of Eldridge, IA; 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; one son, Mark; two sisters, Betty and Bernice, and one brother, Vernie.
Visitation will be Saturday, February 14, 2015, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the McDonald Funeral Home in Fulton, IL.
Funeral service will be follow at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Fulton Township Cemetery, Fulton, IL.
