On June 3, 2014, Whiteside County Detectives arrested Troy J. Morgan, 32, of Sterling, IL, at his residence on a Whiteside County Warrant. The warrant was issued for Application to increase bond–$75,000 dollars 10% applied. Morgan was currently out on bond for a pending Possession of Stolen Property case in Whiteside County. Morgan was transported to Whiteside County Jail.
On June 3, 2014, Whiteside County Detectives arrested 32-year-old Amanda S. Forbes of Sterling, IL, on a Henry County Warrant for Deceptive Practices. Forbes was transported to Whiteisde County Jail.
