The following Arrests were made and Citations issued since Friday, June 3, 2022.
Arrests: On Sunday, June 12, 2022, at approximately 10:32 p.m., Morrison Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle, driven by Adam N. Harvey, age 44 of Omaha NE, in the 400 block of E. Lincolnway, Morrison, IL, for an equipment violation. After stopping the vehicle, Harvey fled. Morrison Police apprehended Harvey and discovered the vehicle was stolen out of Clinton, IA. Morrison Police charged Harvey with Driving While License Suspended (Class A Misdemeanor), Obstructing a Peace Officer (Class A Misdemeanor), and Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle (Class 2 Felony.) Harvey was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
On Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at approximately 4:02 p.m., Morrison Police responded to a domestic dispute at 403 Badger Court, Morrison, IL. As a result of the investigation and with the assistance of the Erie Police Department, Shari L. Hanz, age 57 of Morrison, was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery and Violation of an Order of Protection (both Class A Misdemeanors.) Hanz was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
