Charges listed below are accusations, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
On 6/26/16 at about 12:00 a.m., Whiteside County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 18386 Polo Road, rural Sterling, IL, on the report of an underage drinking party.
Investigation resulted in the following arrests:
- Kyle D. Long, 18, of Sterling; Contributing to a Minor by Alcohol (Social Host); released on a Notice to Appear
- Darreon N. Shuck, 20, of Dixon, IL; Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol; released
- Draque J. Penaflor-Heier, 20, of Sterling: Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol; released
- George A. Salmon, 18, of Sterling; Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol; released
- Sara A. Lee, 18, of Lee, IL; Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol; released
- Isaac T. Anderson, 19, of Sterling; Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol; released
- 15 years-of-age female; Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol; released to family member
- Cade A. Coursey, 19, of Sterling; Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol and Unlawful Possession of Alcohol; taken to the Whiteside County Jail.
Deputies were assisted by the Illinois State Police, CGH Ambulance, and Sterling Fire Department.
Investigation is ongoing.
