Arrests: On Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at approximately 8:58 p.m., the Morrison Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of E. Wall Street, Morrison, IL. During the stop, it was discovered Devin Bright-Zinke, age 26, from Morrison, was wanted on a valid warrant for Contempt of Court/Non-payment. Bright-Zinke was taken into custody and transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
