Morrison Police Chief Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Monday, June 18, 2018.
Arrests: On Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at approximately 12:45 p.m., Morrison Police responded to a motor vehicle crash with injuries at 633 E. Lincolnway (near Scenic Drive), Morrison, IL. As a result of the crash investigation, Hugh R. Nelson, age 84 of Morrison, was issued a citation for Failure to Yield from a Private Drive. Morrison Fire Department and Morrison Community Hospital Emergency Medical Services also responded to the crash. Morrison Police were assisted by the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office.
