Morrison Police Chief Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Friday, June 16, 2017.
Arrests: On Sunday, June 18, 2017, at approximately 9:40 p.m., Morrison Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Samuel Munoz, age 28 of Sterling, IL, at E. Lincolnway and N. Jackson Street for an equipment violation. Morrison Police arrested Munoz pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by Whiteside County, charging Munoz with Failure to Appear – Operating Vehicle with Suspended Registration. Munoz was issued a written warning for the equipment violation and transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
