On 6-06-18 at 1:30 p.m., Whiteside County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on U. S. Route 30, near the McNeil Road intersection in rural Rock Falls, IL. During the investigation of the stop, Lonnie M. Bresley 19 of Sterling, IL, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance . Bresley was eventually transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where he was processed and held on the charge.
On 6-06-18 at 2:20 p.m., Charles R. VonHolten, shown below, age 64 of Fenton, IL, was arrested, on a Whiteside County Warrant (three counts) for Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault (class X) and transported to the Whiteside County Jail. Bond was set at bond $500,000. He posted bond and was released, with a pending court date. This Warrant follows an ongoing investigation with Whiteside County Detectives and DCFS.
