July 31 Sheriff’s Office Report

These arrests are merely a charge, and he/she is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

7/25/17 at 1:09 a.m.  Whiteside County Deputies came upon a vehicle parked along the roadway of U. S. Route 30 near Creamery Road.  Upon further investigation the driver, Michael V. Allen, age 44 of Morrison, IL, was arrested for Driving under the Influence and Driving Under the Influence above a .08.  Allen was transported to the Whiteside County Jail and released with a Notice to Appear without incident.  Morrison Police Department, Fulton Police Department, and Rick’s Towing assisted on scene.

7/28/17 at 11:25 p.m.  Whiteside County Deputies came upon a vehicle parked at The Hennepin Canal on Ridge Road.  Upon further investigation the passenger, Mercedes L. Burger, age 19 of Tampico, IL, was arrested for Illegal Consumption/Possession of alcohol as a minor.  Burger was transported to the Rock Falls Police Department and released with a Notice to Appear without incident.

7/29/17 at 2:30 a.m.  Alicia J. McGee, age 20 of Lombard, IL, was stopped for speeding on U. S. Route 30 west of Morrison, IL.  She was arrested for Speeding 84/55 MPH and DUI – Drugs.  Following her arrest, she was taken to the Whiteside County Jail, processed, and released on bond without incident.  More charges are pending.  Fulton Police and Midwest Towing assisted on scene.

7/29/17 at 8:10 p.m.  Whiteside County Deputies responded to a report of a Domestic Battery in rural Sterling, IL.  Upon further investigation, Andrew J. Sucher, age 25 of Sterling, was arrested for two counts of Domestic Battery, Aggravated Battery to a Child Less than 13, and Interfering with Reporting Domestic Violence.  Sucher was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, where he was processed and remanded until court.

7/30/17 at 12:15 a.m.  Jason L. Kiefer, age 45 of Rock Falls, IL, was stopped for speeding on U. S. Route 30 west of Morrison, IL.  He was cited for No Valid Driver’s License and released on bond.

7/30/7 at 1:28 a.m.  Passenger Drew J. Irish, age 19 of Clinton, IA, was arrested for Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol as a Minor, following a traffic stop on U. S. Route 30 near the Mississippi River Bridge.  Drew was processed at the Whiteside County Jail and released on bond.  Fulton Police assisted on scene.

7/30/17 at 11:45 p.m.  Deputies responded to a rural Rock Falls, IL, address to investigate a reported domestic situation.  Cheyenne CD Edeus, age 20 of Rock Falls, was arrested for Domestic Battery, transported to the Whiteside County Jail, and held, pending a future court date.  Rock Falls Police assisted.
