On 6-30-17 at about 8:29 p.m., a Whiteside County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on Dixon Avenue near the Melvin Road intersection. During the investigation of the stop, Jocinda C. Kahly, age 42 of Sterling, IL, was arrested for Speeding (50/40 MPH) and Driving While License Revoked. She was transported to the Sheriff’s Office, where she was processed and released on a Notice to Appear. Assisting on scene was Slim-N-Hank’s Towing.
On 7-01-17 at about 8:49 p.m., a Whiteside County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on Illinois Route 84 near the Lock Road intersection. During the investigation of the stop, Angela R. Eppenstein, age 19 of Mount Carroll, IL, was arrested for Defective Exhaust and Driving While License Suspended. She was released from the scene on a Notice to Appear. Assisting on scene was Midwest Towing out of Fulton, IL.
