The following Arrests were made and Citations issued since Friday, July 29, 2022.
Arrests: On Friday, August 5, 2022, at approximately 12:30 a.m., while patrolling, Morrison Police discovered an altercation occurring between three persons, in the 100 block of E. Market Street, Morrison, IL. As a result of the investigation into the altercation, Morrison Police arrested James B. Jones, age 36 of Fairbury, pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by Lee County, charging Jones with Contempt of Court. Jones was transported to the Whiteside County Jail. The incident otherwise remains under investigation by Morrison Police.
