Morrison Police Chief Brian Melton reports the following Arrests made and Citations issued since Friday, July 29, 2016.
Arrests:
On Friday, August 5, 2016, at approximately 4:15 p.m., Morrison Police arrested Britt R. Spangler, age 46 of Morrison, IL, pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by Whiteside County Circuit Court, charging Spangler with Failure to Pay/Appear–Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Spangler was escorted to the Whiteside County Jail.
On Sunday, August 7, 2016, at approximately 3:30 a.m., Morrison Police responded to a call at 513 W. Lincolnway, Morrison, IL, regarding a male individual who was bleeding. As a result of further investigation, Morrison Police arrested Jason A. Graham, age 24 of Morrison, charging Graham with Domestic Battery. The investigation continues with additional charges possible. Morrison Police was assisted by the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office and Morrison Community Hospital Emergency Medical Services.
