7/27/14 at 8:20 a.m. Whiteside County Sheriff Deputies arrested Sammy D. Williams, 32, of Sterling, IL, in the 1000 block of East Avennue, Sterling. Williams was charged with AggravaHarm. He was taken to the Whiteside County Jail.
7/25/14 at 4:10 p.m. Andrew R. Lilly, 26, of Sterling, IL, was arrested at the Sterling Police Department following an investigation of a crash at 2806 W. 4th Street, Sterling. He was charged with Leaving the Scene of a Crash and Providing False Information. Lilly was released on a Notice to Appear.
07/19/14 at 3:45 p.m. Whiteside County Sheriff Deputies arrested Jennifer C. Stoecker, 35, of Albany, IL, on a Whiteside County warrant Body Attachment. Stoecker posted bond and was released, pending a later court date.
07/19/14 at 2:58 p.m. Whiteside County Sheriff Deputies arrested Kera M. Hill, 29, of Clinton, IA, for Driving While License Revoked, following an accident on IL Route 84 at Penrose Road. Hill was given a Notice to Appear.
