The Youth Rec Program for July 2016 has designed weekly, entertaining opportunities for boys and girls, ages three-to-seven and eight-to-13. They will take place during “Days in the Park,” from Tuesday, July 5, through Thursday, July 28.
Younger children will
- plant flowers (July 5)
- chalk the park (July 12)
- take a scavenger hunt (July 19)
- enjoy craft day (July 26.)
Older children will
- run an obstacle course and play games (July 7)
- bike to Morrison-Rockwood State Park (July 14)
- attend a Lumberkings ball game (July 18)
- swim at the Clinton, IA, pool (July 28.)
