07-19-14 at 01:00 a.m. Shaylena V. Sommer, age 21 of Rock Falls, IL, was stopped on U. S. Route 30 for speeding between Morrison, and Sterling, IL. She was subsequently arrested for Speeding, DUI, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Cannabis. 07-19-14 at 03:25 a.m. A 16-year-old female from Sterling, IL, was stopped for Improper Passing on the Avenue G Bridge going into Rock Falls, IL, and subsequently arrested for DUI-Drugs, Improper Passing, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, No Valid Driver’s License-Graduated License Curfew, Possession of Cannabis, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 07-19-14 at 7:00 p.m. Brittni N. Felt, age 25 of Tampico, IL, was arrested at the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office on a Lee County Warrant for Theft, Under $500. She later posted the required bond and was released.
