Arrests: On Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at approximately 3:10 p.m., Morrison Police arrested Brian K. Finnicum, age 50 of Monmouth, IL, pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by Lee County, charging Finnicum with Failure to Appear-Speeding. Finnicum was escorted to the Whiteside County Jail, was processed, posted required bail, and was then released.
