The Department of Central Management Services has received notice from The President of the United States of America and Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner that all persons or entities covered by the Illinois Flag Display Act are to fly the flags at half-staff in honor of:
Victims of the Orlando, FL, Terrorist Attack
Gary Tresenriter, City of Morrison, IL, Director of Public Services, requested United States and Illinois flags at City-owned property to be flown at half-staff from Monday, June 13, 2016, until end of the work day, Thursday, June, 16.
