Jay Allen Viviani, 57, of Morrison, IL, died Wednesday February 5, 2020, at CGH Medical Center in Sterling, IL.
Jay was born May 3, 1962 in Moline, IL, to Jack E. and Sandra A. (Polzin) Viviani. He was educated in the Quad Cities grade schools, and was a graduate of Rock Island High School. He worked in the food service industry his entire life. Jay enjoyed music, watching television, and being on his computer. He was an avid wrestling fan.
Survivors include his mother, Sandra Crouse of Morrison; special friend for 28 years, LuAnn Sims, of Morrison; sisters, Elaine (David) Coomes , Elma “Mooch” (Dennis) Gay, both of Andover, IL, and Ellen (Barton) Smith of Morrison; brothers, Jack Anthony (Eric) Viviani of Moline, IL, Jerald Arthur (Donna) Viviani of Charleston, IL, and Albert Michael (Lydia) Ohlsen of Morrison; step-sister, Deena (Brad) Miller of Davenport, IA; step-brother, Dennis (Kathy) Crouse of Moline, IL; four step-children, and eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Viviani, and step-father, Donald Crouse.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
Per Jay’s wishes, there will be no funeral service or visitation.
The Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
