Arrests: On Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at approximately 8:55 a.m., Morrison Police arrested Heather A. Garza, age 42 of Morrison, IL, pursuant to an Order of Commitment issued by Whiteside County. Garza was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
