1-22-17 at 3:44 p.m. Brian Hernandez, age 21 of Downers Grove, IL, was stopped on Interstate 88 at mile marker 37 for speeding. 1-28-17 at 3:39 p.m. Robert A. Schweickert, age 57 of Prophetstown, IL, was stopped on IL Route 78 north of Prophetstown. He was arrested for No Seat Belt and Operating with Expired Registration. Robert was also warned for No Front Registration Plate and Failure to Notify Secretary of State of address change. He was released with a Promise to Comply.
