There were 20 new laboratory-confirmed cases of COVID-19: 4 (under 20); 3 (20s); 1 (30s); 2 (40s); 3 (50s); 5 (60s); 1 (70s); 1 (80+.) We also had 10 recoveries in Whiteside County.
