January 25 CCC Fundraiser at Culver’s

PTKHere is your opportunity to enjoy a great meal while assisting are college students!  The Clinton Community College chapter of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society is holding a Culver’s fundraiser on Monday, January 22, 2018, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.  Culver’s generously donates a portion of the sales during that time period to CCC’s Phi Theta Kappa Alpha Theta Beta Chapter for travel to regional and international conferences.

Additional Culver’s fundraisers will be on Monday, February 26; Monday, March 26; and Monday, April 23.  Please join us and let Culver’s do the cooking for you on Monday.

The CCC Phi Theta Kappa Alpha Theta Beta chapter is an active group providing a variety of service projects.  These include collecting holiday cards for the troops each fall; creating a pollinator garden on campus; creating a Free Little Library at CCC; volunteering at the summer Cancer Camp for Kids.

Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, headquartered in Jackson, is the largest honor society in American higher education, with more than 1285 chapters on two-year and community college campuses, in all 50 of the United States, Canada, Germany, Peru, the Republic of Palau, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the British Virgin Islands, the United Arab Emirates, and U. S. territorial possessions.  Nearly three million students have been inducted since its founding in 1918, with approximately 131,000 students inducted annually.
