Byrd of Sterling, IL, on a Whiteside County Warrant for Criminal Sexual Assault, Class X Felony, following an Investigation conducted by the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office. The amount of bail is $500,000, with 10% applied. Byrd was transported to Whiteside County Jail.
