Arrests:
On Friday, January 22, 2016, at approximately 4:30 p.m., Morrison Police arrested Tyler R. Engelkins, age 28 of Morrison, IL, pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by Whiteside County, charging Engelkins with Failure to Pay/Appear–-Armed Robbery. Engelkins was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
