Come have some Trivia Night fun for great cause, on Saturday, January 21, 2023. Morrison Department of Fun is hosting a “Friends Trivia” event to help support one of our own. In October 2022 Jenny Patton of Morrison, IL, was diagnosed with breast cancer, which required surgery and ongoing treatments.
She and her husband, William, have been a huge part of the Department of Fun and the community as a whole. Now it is our turn to give back to them. Join us along with her friends and family for an afternoon of competitive fun, at Brick Block Pub, 105 W. Main Street, Morrison.
Registration starts at 2:00 p.m., with game play from 3:00 to 5:00. Teams of 4-to-6 people will compete, to see who has the best collective knowledge of the television show “Friends.” We will have door prizes, mini games, and Brick Block Pub beverages and food available for purchase.
In addition, an online/silent auction will be available, with more details to follow. All proceeds from the auction and trivia night will go towards Jenny’s medical expenses. Donations payable to Jenny Patton may be taken or mailed to Advantage One Credit Union, 204 N. Jackson Street, Morrison, IL 61270.
