12-31-16 at 10:39 p.m. Whiteside County Deputies were called to investigate an underage drinking party in Prophetstown, IL. Daniel A. Shirley, age 20, and Bradley J. Hufman, age 19, both of Prophetstown, were arrested for Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor and released with a Notice to Appear. Also three minors were arrested: Male, age 16 of Prophetstown, arrested for Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor and Hosting an Underage Drinking Social; released to guardian. Male, age 16 of Lyndon, IL, was arrested for Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor; released to parents. Female, age 17 of Morrison, IL, arrested for Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor; released to guardian.
