Arrests: On Wednesday, January 19, 2022, Morrison Police arrested David W. Byerley, age 52 of Sterling, IL, pursuant to an Arrest Warrant issued by Whiteside County, charging Byerley with Failure to Appear-Driving While License Suspended. Byerley was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
