Arrests: On Wednesday, December 25, 2024, at 10:32 p.m., the Morrison Police Department arrested Dan E. Cowley, 54, Issaquah, WA, in the 600 Block of E. Lincolnway, on a warrant for Failure to Appear in court for Driving While License Suspended. Morrison Police transported Cowley to the Whiteside County Jail in lieu of $3000 cash bail.
