On Tuesday, November 29, 2022, Superintendent of Schools Scott Vance addressed a letter to MCUD #6 Parents and Guardians.
I would like to update you on the Southside School Principal situation. The District is happy to announce that Keith Morgan will serve as Interim Principal at Southside Elementary, beginning Thursday, December 1.
Mr. Morgan worked in the Erie School District for over 20 years as a Teacher and Principal. The District feels extremely fortunate to bring in someone of Mr. Morgan’s experience to Southside Elementary. He will continue to serve as the Interim Principal for the duration of the year and be responsible for all duties and responsibilities of the building Principal.
While Morgan will serve as an Interim, the District will continue its search for a permanent replacement.
