Posted by

The Northwestern Illinois Housing Coalition (NIHC) is an initiative of Rock Island Economic Growth Corporation (GROWTH) in collaboration with the following entities/organizations:  the City of Rock Island, the City of Moline, the City of East Moline, City of Sterling, the City of Fulton, City of Morrison, Arc of the Quad Cities, and Project NOW.

Resources available to the Northwestern Illinois Housing Coalition include a $3.5 million grant, through the Office of the Illinois Attorney General, for the National Foreclosure Settlement Funds (NFS) program.  These funds will advance housing and redevelopment activities in six communities:  Rock Island, Moline, East Moline, Sterling, Morrison, and Fulton, IL.

The activities to be completed under the grant will require professional services by appraisers, realtors, title service companies, architects, and attorneys. GROWTH is requesting qualifications from these professional service providers and will receive qualifications through Tuesday, September 30, 2014.

Qualifications will be reviewed. The most responsive proposals will be included in a pool of qualified professional service providers, to be utilized by the NIHC throughout the NFS program.

Please submit your qualifications to provide Appraisal, Real Estate, Architect, and/or Legal services in writing to the attention of Amy Clark, Grant Administration
Director, 100 19th Street, Suite 109, Rock Island IL 61201 or Amy@TeamRockIsland.com. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to apply.

With any questions, please contact Grant Applicator Amy Clark at 309-788-6311.
