HRRVLogoBecome a Hospice Volunteer.  There’s no time like the present to add life to each day of a hospice patient.  Volunteers provide companionship and support to the terminally ill and their loved ones.  They fill a unique role–providing comfort and support to patients and families, by giving their time, energy, and compassion.

Hospice of the Rock River Valley needs volunteers to work with patients and families.  Training will be provided and begins Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at Hospice of the Rock River Valley, 2600 N. Locust Street, Suite B, Sterling, IL.

  • Volunteers must attend both sessions per week for six weeks.
  • The times are 10:00 a.m. to noon.

We also have a need for bi-lingual volunteers.
