Rock River Hospice & Home will be hosting a Memorial Garden Dedication Ceremony and Open House for the public, at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 29, 2019. Following the ceremony, tours of the hospice home will be available, and refreshments will be served.
Rock River Hospice & Home (RRHH) is located at 2706 Avenue E in Sterling, IL and serves a five-County area in Northern Illinois that includes Bureau, Carroll, Lee, Ogle, and Whiteside Counties, and portions of DeKalb, Henry, Rock Island, and Stephenson.
RRHH is a United Way partner agency. As a non-profit United Way agency, RRHH has provided end-of-life care to the Sauk Valley community for 37 years.
