Whiteside County Honor Flight Committee is hosting its annual Honor Flight Alumni Picnic, for veterans who have been on an Honor Flight to Washington, D. C. The picnic starts at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 14, 2016, at Morrison-Rockwood State Park, in the Lake Side Pavilion, Morrison, IL.
The committee will provide table settings, drinks, and meat. Guests whose last names begin with the letters A-L are to bring an entrée. Those whose last names begin with M-Z are asked to bring a dessert. Families are most welcome.
Veterans, please bring memorabilia to share with all.
