Every school year opens with financial needs. Morrison School Foundation (MSF) annually contributes to assist with mini-grants, curriculum tools, or special teacher requests. This school year opened with the challenges of COVID-19, that added to the normal needs of the school year. Morrison Schools Foundation urges citizens and businesses to give the gift of a mini-grant.
“The MSF Classroom Mini-Grant program pays for teacher requests of special teaching or curriculum tools. These materials help enhance student achievement in the classroom. Up to 12 grants of $250 each are awarded in the first and third quarters of each school year.”
It is time for the 3rd Quarter awarding of grants. MSF asks you to consider the gift of a donation of a Mini-Grant, to assure that our students receive the best instruction available. Consider being part of this annual means of enriching classroom instruction in Morrison Schools. Give whatever you can for the children.
- Full Grant Gift…$250
- Half Grant Gift…$125
- Donation Gift…$50
You can donate by mailing a check to Morrison Schools Foundation, P. O. Box 129, Morrison, IL 61270.
Please consider giving your loved ones (as well as yourself!) the “gift” of a Mini-Grant sponsorship this Christmas. A full mini-grant sponsorship is $250. For that, you will receive a lovely, custom “MSF Thank You,” insulated tumbler, from our friends at KAST Laser Creations. Donors of a $125 half-grant donation will receive a small tumbler.
All donations will be acknowledged with a handsome certificate worthy of wrapping under the tree.
