Hogue Finishes 2nd in 3-Point Finals

The Illinois High School Association 3-Point Competition for the class 1A/2A schools was held in Peoria, IL, on Thursday, March 13, and Friday, March 15, 2015, at Peoria’s Carver Arena. Noah Hogue. a Morrison High School Junior, earned the opportunity to shoot in the final four, by making 11-of-15 attempts on Thursday afternoon, March 12.  Hogue was the third of four to shoot in the finals and had to match a ten total by Eric Higgs of Farmington, IL. Hogue matched the total of Higgs, but the judges ruled that he stepped on the arc.  They disqualified one of the shots to take his total to nine and a second place finish.
