Morrison Historical Society announces that Fulton, IL, resident Barbara Mask is unable to present her Dutch Days Anniversary program, until later this summer. Instead, Heritage Canyon interpreter Carol Fritz (second from left) will offer a program about Heritage Canyon, on Sunday, June 23, 2024.
Morrison’s Heritage Museum, at 202 E. Lincolnway, Morrison, IL, is accessible to all, with a ramp at the rear of the building. There is no charge to attend. Doors open at 1:00 p.m., and the program begins promptly at 1:30.
Fritz (at right) will document the history of the simulated 19th century village, which was crafted by the Harold Wierenga family and volunteers. The destination is open three times a year with building interpreters and family activities.
