The annual Christmas Walk at Heritage Canyon, 515 N. 4th Street, Fulton, IL, takes place on Saturday, December 2, 2017, from noon to 7:00 p.m. The candle- and lantern-lit Luminary Walk is from 6:00 to 7:00.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will be in Town Hall to greet visitors. Enjoy complimentary cookies, popcorn, and hot drinks.
Step into the church to enjoy seasonal music.
- From 2:00 to 2:30, Lisa Gerwulf will play bells.
- Between 2:30 and 5:00, listen to Karl Rafferty on banjo and Donna Free on fiddle.
Enter 1800’s replica buildings, plus a relocated home and summer kitchen that were moved from an Albany, IL, farm. The church, blacksmith shop, schoolhouse, and General Store are stops along the way.
At the bottom of the “canyon”–one of Fulton’s former limestone quarries–more hot beverages will warm visitors before they walk up the hill.
During the dark hours you may use your flashlight.
