Morrison Athletic Boosters and their team of volunteers staff the gates during the Whiteside County Fair. Some sell admissions; some verify tickets or Season Passes. They work four-hour shifts, sharing the responsibility between those “many hands” who “make light work.”
This combined effort is a fundraiser for the Athletic Boosters. They apply their profits to support Morrison, IL, boys’ and girls’ athletics at the Junior and Senior High School levels.
The Boosters need volunteers to work from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Choose any day of the fair, Tuesday, August 18, through Saturday, August 22. Call 815-441-9040 to support the organization that supports sports.
