Professional storyteller Barry Cloyd will be featured at the Sterling-Rock Falls Historical Society meeting Sunday, September 13, 2015. His presentation begins at 2:00 p.m. at the CGH Medical Center Ryberg Auditorium, 100 E. LeFevre Road, Sterling, IL. From the main entrance lobby, turn left and proceed to the first hall on the left. The auditorium is at the end of the hall.
Cloyd is also a musician. He will use a guitar in his presentation, telling the story of a drummer boy in the Civil War at the Battle of Shiloh, in southwestern Tennessee. Cloyd is a Nationally-known entertainer, doing several hundred shows a year.
The program is free to everyone.
