Fulton, IL, Chamber of Commerce will host the First Annual Color Ride on Saturday, September 26, 2015. Sign-in is at 9:30 a.m., with a 10:00 start. Bikers must complete the course by 11:00. Event-day registration is $10 per child, $15 per adult, or $30 per family. Color will be thrown on participants and by participants. Color will be tossed at the finish line, too.
Clean-up stations will be available outside the Robert Fulton Community Center, on the north side, where paint can be blown off and cleaned with water.
The non-competitive ride begins at the beginning of the riverfront on 8th Avenue and covers four miles:
- along the Mississippi River
- past commercial businesses
- on the beautiful bike path
- through residential areas
- to the downtown Robert Fulton Community Center.
Proceeds benefit the Fulton Chamber of Commerce and allows continuation of community events.
