Hands Up for Odell Library’s “High Five”

Posted by

handsSunday, April 12, through Saturday, April 18, 2015, is National Library Week.  Odell Public Library, 307 S. Madison Street, Morrison, IL, is celebrating the entire month of April with a fundraising program called “High Five!”

People give each other a “high five” when they celebrate an accomplishment.  Odell’s “High Five” is designed to both support and enrich the library and to celebrate over a 125 years of service to our Community.

For each donation of $5, a colorful hand will be put on the wall with the donor’s name.  Monies will be used to purchase two, large display boards:  one for library events, and the other for community events.  A donation from 150 patrons will march those hands across the walls of the library!

Let’s give a “show of hands” and come together for our community library, to show support for a job well done!
