The rains ended, and the winds slowed, as masked characters of the Hallowe’en season ventured into the streets of Morrison, IL, on Tuesday, October 31. Trunk-or-Treat venues invited the treat-seeking youths. Streets flowed with numerous, creative costumes on various ages of kids, who knocked on the doors of the anxiously awaiting citizens.
