Morrison Athletic Boosters will host a Welcome Home event to honor the Fillies Softball Team, at 12:30 p.m., Sunday, June 4, 2017, in the Morrison High School gymnasium, 643 Genesee Avenue, Morrison, IL. The local team was defeated in the Friday, June 2, Class 2A Semi-Final State Championship game against 7th-ranked Beecher, by a score of 6 to 1.
