“Make new friends, but keep the old” is a simple tune sung by Girl Scouts throughout the years. The former Green Hill Education Team is inviting past Green Hills adult members to sing it again, at the Green Hills Reunion and Memorial Garden Rededication Ceremony, Sunday, July 19, 2015, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Camp Far Horizons, 9702 S Lost Horizon Road, Hanover, IL.
The event, for Girl Scout adults, will include the Memorial Garden Rededication Ceremony at 2:00. There will be guided tours with transportation, refreshments, an entertaining slide show with photos of Green Hills alumnae, and a drawing for Girl Scout items.
