Holiday tourneys give local wrestlers an opportunity to face opponents that are not on the local schedule. They are an event to measure their talents against a larger opponent base. That is exactly what the Morrison Mustang wrestlers did in the Erie Holiday Wrestling Tourney, on Saturday, December 24, 2021, beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Coach Tom Drosopoulos entered only seven wrestlers to compete, but the Mustangs finished at seventh place in a 14-team tourney.
