The Fulton Chamber of Commerce is accepting applications for arts and craft vendors for the Fulton Fall Festival event, Saturday, October 5, 2013, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., in downtown Fulton, IL This is an outdoor event, held rain or shine.
