Citizens may receive a free, COVID-19 test from inside their vehicle on Saturday, December 19, and Sunday, December 20, 2020, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The site is temporary for this weekend.
The location is the parking lot by the former JC Penney store in Northland Mall, 2900 E. Lincolnway, Sterling, IL.
